"Very friendly staff. The hotel offered free breakfast and dinner! Not the best quality but had something for anyone. The hotel is in a convenient location, next to the hwy and shopping plaza with few restaurants and close to other main stores and restaurants. It is loud outside but if you need a place to stay and have free food in an area close to everything, this is the hotel to be in. Everyone was very nice and friendly!"

"Room was quite clean and well equipped. The bathroom plumbing was a little wonky- the toilet kept running and the shower would randomly drip water but those are very minor inconveniences. The bed was quite comfy but the couch pull out bed was the standard coils with a thin covering. Not even comfy for a 7 year old. Kitchen amenities were fantastic. Would definitely stay again."

"The breakfast could be better. The eggs aren’t great. They don’t have coffee creamer. The beds hurt our necks and backs. The doors in our room were hard to open and close, and our light switches weren’t working properly. Other than that, we liked the front desk employee's they were so nice, and the cleanliness of the place. The washer and dryer facility helped us a lot as well."

"The room was full of mold. There is a strong smell of chemical cleaner through the whole hotel, except in the room, which smelled like mildew. There were stains on the walls, the comforter and the curtains. There was mold on the curtains, the AC unit, the floors, and the bathroom. The pictures posted make the hotel look nicer than it is, I would not recommend this location to female travelers in any capacity, and would not recommend to anyone with a mold allergy."

"This was the cleanest hotel Ive stayed at in a very long time. The pool was great and all of the staff except for one person was very helpful and accommodating. The price point with the amenities, and cleanliness make this a top choice in the Louisville area."
