"We couldnt stay at the hotel. After each use they cleaning staff sparys something into the room, my wife has a strong nose, we checked out 2 rooms, and she could not stay there because of the smell. They credited the room because we couldnt stay which was nice of them."

"I was excited to stay here but was definitely a little disappointed. The rooms were definitely very dingy and the bedspread on the bed was lumpy and super old. The hottub was luke warm which was a bummer because I was excited to use that in the evening and we couldn’t even stay long because we were freezing. Also the fire pits don’t work which they looked like they did in the pics. Location was great of course so no complaints with that though."

"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. "We looked forward to getting some rest and relaxation after driving over from Tampa and the first this we noticed when we got to our room were there were dead cockroaches hidden away behind the stand alone chair in the room. After cleaning this ourselves, the curtains over the room didn’t fit over the window causing lightning from the hotel next to use to enter the room all night long.
