"The property was very clean, and the room was immaculate. The HVAC in Room 12 was extremely noisy. #12 is an end unit, which is nice, but there is a short walk with no parking in front of the room; might be problematic for a disabled person. My main reason for the low rating was the customer service at check in. The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional, condescending and rude. It was as though I greatly inconvenienced her to do her job. I am not tech challenged, and I felt I had done everything that was required of me ahead of time, but I still never received my check-in email. To this day. Example: When the emails failed to arrive, she asked if I was on their WiFi. I responded that I was not, because, with no information how was I supposed to know the name and password? This seemed to aggravate her. She was abrupt and rude about the password. My questions felt legitimate..."all lc? No spaces?", but were met with silence and snark. Still no email, so she told me to look around for Andrew. Who the hell was Andrew? What did he look like? Was I supposed to approach every man in the parking lot!? Unbelievable. I finally got her to give me my room number and security code, which she apparently had all along. Yeah...bit of a rough introduction. I did eventually meet Andrew because he used a code to open my door while I was in my room. Well, hello. Apparently my arrival was not conveyed to him. He was apologetic, and gave me hotel instructions on paper."
