"When we first drove by the property appeared abandoned. We could see junk piled in windows, overgrown lawn/weeds, and trash all over by the side and back entrances. "Buffalo tower was fantastic and love the remodel. Hot water was low in the morning which made for a warm instead of hot shower. Hot water heaters were not keeping up with morning shower volume. Casino is hard to navigate, I got lost frequently. More signs are needed. LOVE the free shuttles, employees are so friendly, prompt, and always available. Will be back, 9/10 stars overall"

"The room was clean but the sheets had a little stay so the toilette. Other than that, the room is really good, comfortable bed, great shower. The breakfast is the regular one, all the same, nothing special. Friendly staff. Quiet place. I'd stay there again."

"I was there for 5 nights and noticed the following conditions that did NOT improve at all during the week. The carpets everywhere were extremely dirty - hallways and my room. The floor of the elevator was filthy and even had the yellow "caution: wet floor" sign hanging on the hand rail all week. In addition, the fitted sheet on my bed was a bit too tight to stay on during the night. It really felt like there was no one to clean ANYTHING in the hotel. After four nights I asked for maid...

"Microtel's seem pretty consistent to me. And there was a decent Continental breakfast"

"Rooms were clean and very quiet. The rooms had a refrigerator, but no microwave. There was a coffee station by the front desk and microwave in the breakfast area. Washers and dryers were available if needed. They had an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The staff were very friendly and available."

Room at first had slight old musty smell but with in minutes you didn’t notice it and I’m sensitive to smells and didn’t give me troubles. There was some loud sirens at night which was only true down fall."

"The shower drain didn't work during our entire winter stay. I reported the issue to the front desk and asked that it be repaired while we were out, but after two repair attempts, the drainage problem became even worse. In addition, the bathroom fan did not work, and there were flies in the bathroom throughout our stay."
