"It’s old musty smelling. The jets in the tub were not clean. The breakfast was ok, not great. The breakfast area furniture was worn out and they were stains on the chairs in the lobby area. The room itself was a big size and could be very nice. The ACs were either too hot or too cold. I will travel in the area again, but I will not pick this place. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t good."

"We had booked and paid for a room with 2 beds. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 7:00 PM, our room was still not ready! They told us we could wait 20 minutes while it was being cleaned, but we ended up waiting for an hour, only to be given a 1-bed room because our original room wasn't going to be ready anytime soon. The next morning at 7:30 AM, a lady from the front desk knocked on our door, waking me up to tell us that the room we were in was supposed to be vacant...

"We had a large room and a great breakfast! Our only complaints were an air conditioner where the thermostat was difficult to regulate and a broken window shade which allowed light to come in from the hotels parking lot."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff-especially the staff member at the breakfast buffet. Pool clean and warm and easy location to get around from. Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. The only negative was the lack of airport shuttle even though it was advertised. Otherwise, it was a great stay and would book a room again if we were in the area."

"Everything was PERFECT! My friends and I were in town for the Hilary Duff concert. When we came back after a long night; our room had amazing beds for us to sleep and recover. The food and the saltwater pool were also very good for our recovery. The only minor setback we had was the damage to the TV. We were not in the room long enough to notice it right away but there was a huge scratch on the TV that had looked to have been caused by the lamp that was sitting on the desk in front of it. We...

"The hotel is great but the ice machine in front of our room was beeping for hours during the night waking us up early on our vacation. I had to get up, get dressed to figure out where the sound was coming from and tell the front desk. The most important thing at a hotel should be a good night sleep. Just very disappointing."

"Clean and friendly stuff, buuuut the noise and the up stairs people. There was no joke, the doors the foot steps, one night and it was 10 pm we knew it was going to be a long night. Morning the breakfast area same lady taking all the food and snacks. For my self, not coming back. "
