"Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

"Nice property. Recreation area with pool is nice. Convenient location. Neat. It’s nice having the connected restaurant/lounge. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Floor lifting and Smoke burn marks on edge of bathtub. Hair and dust in bathroom. "

"Was all find and dandy till shower in the mourning was cold not even luke warm. Told them at desk and they apologize and said will tell maintenance. So gotta love warm ass Tampa and no shower "

"Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful,from the front desk to the room attendants. Breakfast was a plus. Will stay again when visiting Plant City. Rooms were recently renovated. Bed was confer table and so was the air conditioner. Only drawback was the elevator was so slow."

"The internet was extremely spotty it did not work properly my entire stay. I was charged more for the deposit of accidentals. It was returned back but it was a very inconvenient situation. "

"I always try to stay at an Extended Stay when I’m away, they are usually very clean and safe, but this one is by far is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever stayed at ! The rooms in the property are in immaculate condition."

"Great location and could walk to some shopping. Clean room, breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, loads of parking and a very nice looking inviting pool-even though our schedule didn’t allow us time to use the pool. Nice to know it was there. Location was both close to family and to Ft. De Soto beach which made daily travel easy."

"there was a bright light outside of my room that prevented the room from getting dark at night, making it tough to get a good nights sleep. the pics online made it look better than in person but i guess you get what you pay for. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! Anthony was so great with Smores around the fire! He went all out to make stay great! The housekeeping needs improvement as far as frequency. It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. Beds, pillows and spacious room was comfortable and having a kitchen with glassware, big fridge and everything else u need was...

"My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels."
