"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!"

"They gave us the wrong room at check in. Then at 1:30am someone tried to get in our room bc the front desk gave them a card to the same room. Startled and awake for the next hour.
I requested to talk to a manager but non were coming in til 9am but they assured me that I would receive a call. Two day have passed and no call or compensation for this safety issue!
I had the door latched and yelled at the would be intruders but all that the front desk could say is that they messed up the...
