"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!"

"Well, the staff were completely withdrawn when dealing with you and constantly looking off in other directions and talking to other staff while “trying” to help you.
Their whole system was down and we never got a key card for our room.
Bathroom was dirty, definitely not getting a deep enough clean.
The breakfast was pathetic, there wasn’t enough food for us to get to eat anything so I can’t even say it was good.
Other guests were completely rude
Letting their kids trash the place and run around...

"Our room wasn’t cleaned for the three nights that we stayed , and we didn’t have no sign out not to clean it because there wasn’t even a sign there to put on our door .The lady who checked us in wasn’t friendly at all actually found her very rude older lady I’m sorry I didn’t get her name . The gentleman who was always putting out the garbage and looking after the pool was very very helpful and so pleasant along with the lady in the breakfast area for the three mornings was so happy ,friendly...
