"A humidifier was available but the room was still very hot. One of the two elevators was not working. We were fortunate since our room was still accessible but it was a busy week and since one of the elevators was

"They were having construction both days we stayed. I had to actually leave a facility because of the noise. It started at 7:30am till about 8pm. Very loud beeping and truck noises. Since there is no AC we had to have the windows open. Also the description of the room showed a mountain view, hot tub single bedroom which we thought meant our own balcony hot tub.
