"If I could leave negative stars I would. It was a disaster from the moment we checked in. Walked to the room and it was a king room and sofa bed. Booked a double queen room. Was told the GM made the change due to water damage. We were basically told to deal with it or go somewhere else. In the middle of the stay at 6pm on a Saturday the shift “supervisor” says he has to close the pool with a whole softball team swimming, he just ran off a baseball team, to “do a routine clean” of the pool. "The checkin and checkout process was great because the staff was friendly. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and needs attention. The was no way to plug the bathtub."

"When I drove up to the facility, There were several people standing outside smoking . I saw two rooms, in the first one, the bathroom smelled so badly of urine that I would not even enter the bathroom, much less use it. In the second room the smoke smell was so bad, my sisters eyes burned. WE were promised a refund and I better get it."

"The breakfast shouldn’t be called that. It truly was a grab and go style with very limited options. I paid for a king sized studio with hearing accessibilities and received a queen studio without the hearing accessibilities. The hotel was brand new, and that was very nice to experience."

"Roaches all over the room. The air-conditioning did not work from electric fire could see where the plug is burnt through."

"Everything was great. Only issue out of there control was the spectrum outage. That effected heck in process,TV services for the young ones and wifi for my telework. I used secondary methods as there I pads had built in wifi and I used my phone for the wifi connection. I can't blame them as I am always prepared. It would have been great to have that faster connection though."

"I went for my daughter's college orientation, and I got back to the hotel around 9am and the staff was amazing! Check in wasn't until 3pm but because it had been raining and I was wet the main hostess at the front counter asked housekeeping to please clean a room for me and I was able to check in by 10am. They also offered me breakfast when I arrived (even though I hadn't checked in yet). 10 out of 10, I will definitely be staying here when i go back for family weekend."

"My experience with Homewood suites was excellent! The room was great it was clean Very spacious and the decor in the room and throughout the hotel was the best. I love the pool table feature a very nice touch. I will not stay anywhere else but Hilton hotels. There is no comparison with other hotels. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was delicious especially the buffalo wings!! There was plenty of fun and laughter in the lobby in the evenings at the bar. The staff was so accommodating...
