"I visited this hotel several times before. But right now, I don' t fell like it. I won't be there anymore. Something greatly changed. The room generally is clean. But comforter doesn't feel comfortable. No coffee nor cups in the room. The breakfast is not good. Before you use the WIFI, you have to input all your information. Not sure why."

Rooms are smaller than most hotels but workable with family. Beds were comfortable and the location was the best as we were close to many venues and events in Santa Clara. Staff was always helpful. "Old building. It’s giving, built in the 1980s with all of the original materials still in tact and not in a good way. The beds desperately need revamping, the head boards are scraped up from previous guests. I thought it was just one room but the hotel staff moved me to a different room shortly after checking in and the same scratches were on the new bed as well. The beds are really high.
