"When I arrived late on Thursday night (Friday AM), my room was not clean."

The property was clean and well taken care of in every aspect—public areas clean, grounds clean and litter free, the carpet was clean and well vacuumed, the eating area spotless; the room was immaculate, no mold in the bathroom, everything fresh and in place and the best thing they had going for them was the staff—I was greeted warmly...

Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). "If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great! The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered both hot and cold options, we were well satisfied with the food.
