"Great place will go again"

"Good location, close to food options and I-94 access. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room had a strange smell. Was decently cleaned but carpet could use deep cleaning."

"We loved everything about this with the exception of the bed. We are used to an adjustable bed, so it was a bit uncomfortable for us. But all and all no complaints."

"Clean room, close parking but you must pay for it they do five vouchers towards dinner in the hotel and staff was very friendly and welcoming at all times. "

"The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet. We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied"

"The hot tub was filled in several years ago according to the maintenance man even tho when I asked the supervisor who checked us in said, "it's being renovated". The bathroom was clearly not attended to since the last occupancy. There was blood on 2 of the pillow cases and inside on the pillows which means they cases weren't even changed. Black on the ceiling, black mold?? Outside wall next to sliding door was covered in black from cigarettes being put out. Breakfast options included, bagel...

"For me, it was adequate for my 4nite stay. I did not plan to spend many waking hours in the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to my arrival (i,e., 1/2 used shampoo bottle & 1 used bar of soap). Only a thin blanket & bedcover for warmth (the low temp was in the low 40s). The bedside wall sconce lamp was not functioning. The window heater worked well. The 1irst floor room was quiet. There were some sparse breakfast items available (hot cereal choices), but since I was...

"I paid for a suite but when I got there, they told me that they don't have any suites available. The room looked poor and breakfast was gone before 10 am"

"Good if just need a warm place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very dingy toilet seat stained bathtub/shower very stained and shower hard to turn on. Baseboard trim falling off everywhere."

"Fantastic experience for a good price. Only issue was that the chemicals in the hot tub seemed super strong and my eyes were burning and watering. "

"Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."
