"The room I initially was given the heat didn't work so I had to switch rooms. The 2nd room I was given must've had pets in there previously because there was pet hair all over the floor and on the pillows. My husband broke out. My kids were discriminated against. The stay was all bad."

"It has a huge indoor resort setting with an indoor pool, tables, chairs & lounges. Very nice & fun. It seems to be set up for large gatherings like banquets & company parties. Clean, comfortable with a free hot breakfast. The only negative is the highway road noise right outside the room windows. It is so loud you can hear individual trucks driving by. Suggest you bring ear plugs."

"Property is under renovation. Hammering until 9:30pm with no regard to customers having early flight. Room had ripped shades, shuttle takes an hour for pick up, better off at a motel6, will never return here."

"It was clean and the breakfast was excellent. However, the heater in the room was so, so loud that my family couldn't sleep. In the end, I turned off the heater in the early morning to sleep and slept in a cold room. This is a very tiring and terrible experience. "

"The staff was incredible and worked so hard. Madison tried so hard to get my room clean on Sunday. And Danny? (The snack shop guy) was incredible. So nice and kind. The kid guards were great! And my kids had a blast. But it was obvious the owners don’t care about them or the place. First deceiving guests about passes and how much they are when you book a room. But instead of fixing it they make these employees do their dirty work. Outlets in the room barely work. There was no “fun” at the water park. No music, the only reason I would comeback Is for the employees. "

"The suite was spacious and cleaned. Nice bathroom and front desk. Near the airport and everything we want to go. Breakfast good and frish . This one of the hotels that we want to check in again. "
