"We had an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in until we left, everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning.
If I could suggest anything, it would be to have the laundry room available 24/7 and to open the pool a little earlier. Those are just minor suggestions, though, because everything else...

"The hotel's maintenance and overall cleanliness were very poor. We found the floors, hallways, and walls to be very dirty. When I asked for our room to be mopped, I couldn't believe how dirty the mop was after they finished cleaning. The room did not have a coffee maker and a hair dryer. The bedspread was torn and of very poor quality.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful."

"The staff were friendly. The grounds keeper kept an eye on our vehicles for safety and kept the outside area clean and attractive. They allowed dogs for a $25 daily fee which is fair. The floor of our room was sticky which I let them know. The breakfast option was minimal--a packaged fruit bar, coffee or tea only."

"There was not a regular one king bed room available besides a pet friendly room. I didn’t think much of it because the room should be clean. Me and my wife ended up tracking an unbelievable amount of pet hair on our pj’s. They clearly didn’t clean the room properly at all. There was pet hair on the chairs and bed as well. You’d expect the bed to at least be properly cleaned. I’m glad I was here for only 2 nights. There were also random wet stains on the floor."

"This place was horrible I paid over $300 for a room with a view of the roof (porte coach) that was spaced about 2' from my window and so full of pigeons (who make a lot of noise when they are 3' from your head as you sleep). And when you turn on the window unit for A/C or heat, you get a nice wiff if pigeon poo.
When I asked the front desk about it they said they won't remove them because they have babies now (pigeons breed 6 times a year).
The bed was so bad when I slept my feet were above...
