"Nothing felt safe about this place. Don’t stay with a child of any age. Homeless and people clearly on drugs living in the elevator and all around the parking lot. I missed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Super outdated no working outlets. Unfortunately we only had 6 hours to eat dinner/sleep and get back on the road or we would’ve left. "Parking is not secure, staff is rude, waits for you to leave, and enters your room searching through your personal belongings for “smoking” when you aren’t there, gave me a discounted rate for my emotional support animal and then acted like it never happened. Harassed my entire family the entire stay. Every time they saw us it was, “where is the dog”, “what room are you in”, “where is your I.d.”, “your room smells nice, what perfume is that”, etc. Bed bugs galore, dog piss in hallways, workers...

"Firstly I want to say they claimed continental breakfast. But there was nothing continental about the breakfast. Secondly I booked a king bed they gave a 2 double beds. When I went to the front desk I was told they switched my rooms with no refund on the price difference. The room was horribly cleaned. Bathtub was horrendous. Dropped something behind the night stand and it was extremely dirty. No night stand bible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. "
