"Front desk staff was rude, that’s this short hair African lady talked down to guests like she is above all while making min wage, the room decor is nice but if you pay attention to the details and look around all the room corners you will find out it’s never cleaned as you can see stains, dirt and mold around the shower faucet. This is also one of the very few property that I stayed in Florida that don’t offer toothpaste and toothbrush upon request."

"The room was cleaned for the most part aside from the minor stains in the tub. The only issue would be that no matter what we turned the air conditioner on, it was extremely hot.. especially at night. The room stayed on 71, even if we turned the ac unit to 64. Both nights my sister and I woke up drenched in sweat…this wasn’t just a regular night sweat…our clothes were wet as if some liquid was poured on us. This was the extent of how hot the room was. Otherwise it was a decent experience."

"$25 a night parking fee, hvac with no control, we stayed in a room that was 63*. Was told by maintenance we could turn fan speed to low but that was all. Then management beat on our door waking us at 9 am and accused of smoking in room, we weren't. Oddly, how does one defend self of that? We invited them to inspect room and when they came in and saw/smelled nothing, no apology. We were not treated like guests. Crossing Hyatt off the list and sharing my experience."
