The way to the airport was fine, but upon our return, we called the number provided to let them know our flight had been delayed (call at 9:06PM) and to make sure we’d still be okay for the shuttle. "Disgusting hotel, don’t stay here. My sheets had 5 hairs and stains when I pulled back the sheets, hair was also all over the bathroom floor. I switched rooms because I so grossed out. My new room luckily wasn’t covered in hair but everything from the towels, pillowcases and chairs had visible stains from who knows what. My bathroom light didn’t work, there were finger prints on surfaces in both rooms. There was something orange in the grout in the bathroom, I was so put off at this point i...

"Historical Great location"

"The hotel is located in a great area. Several food options and conveniently located near Charlotte and other attractions in the area. The room was clean, the restroom and shower seemed newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"Room was nice size, Hotel pool had work going on from what sign on door said which was a bummer bc kids wanted to enjoy pool while there. The li action was really nice with lots of things within walking distance ( Grocery store, places to eat) we would def. Stay again."

"Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead."
