"Even though the rooms seemingly were remodeled recently, it looks as if they do not do a very good job cleaning in between."

"Windows are soundproof! Can't hear the freeway! Super clean. The only downside was that we got a room with a hot tub in it and it was loud, as we're the other rooms hot tubs in the rooms near us."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!"

"The rooms were clean. This hotel thought through how many outlets people typically need and it was refreshing. I don't have to bring my own power strip. The hotel is located in an ideal place, right off the freeway but just outside the crowded downtown area."

"The hot tub happened to be out of commission during our stay. There were some smaller items not cleaned from the previous guests, a straw and some tape on the wall- no big issue, just noticed and wondered what I might not be seeing. The shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall - not a big deal either. Breakfast was good and there was plenty. And staff were very nice. I'd go back."

"The location was in a really nice area with fun restaurants nearby. We took the bikes out to the beach at the end of the point. The breakfast was really good. This was a great find."

"Desk manager was rude. Our key card would not work. Made 4 trips up and down the stairs, finally she came up and after 10 trys with her card she got the door opened. She told us she would get it taken care. Couldn't leave the room because we had no key. We never heard another word? Left the next morning, no word. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. Its a older place but the rooms are getting dated. Guess we have to try somewhere else next time."

"The elevator was not in service. The TV fell off the wall but we were able to secure it from crashing to the ground."

"I wasn’t told when making the reservation or at check in that there was major construction within 60 feet from the hotel, woke up to loud construction noise at 730am both mornings I stayed. Thursday morning there was a terrible completely unprofessional person working the desk! She was sitting there eating her breakfast buffet from the hotel lobby at the work desk, when I came up to her to ask for some help with a concern she acted as though I was interrupted her breakfast (how dare I?) she...

"There is a lot of good about the property and the room we stayed in. Everything is brand new, but here are some things to consider. The apartment we stayed in had two big massive windows which is awesome, but the shades are only light filtering so it's still pretty bright in the room at night. The blinds in the bedroom should have had black out blinds. So you might want to bring your own sleeping masks to help make the rooms darker. The only other downside is how loud the AC is when it turns...
