"The staff was incredible. It was noticeable how stretched they were to provide the services. They did not comment on it, it was just a vibe, which is currently common for shift workers.
Amenities were not as advertised: pool has not been open since January 2026 (at least this is the date we heard). Also, promised free parking, yet had to renegotiate for it.
Restaurant is excellent. Don’t go looking for better food in the mall, because you won’t find it there."

"We were in town for a soccer tournament so it was a very full hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful at check in. Our room was small but was clean and met our needs. The pool was nice but due to not having housekeeping staff on hand, pool towels were not available to replenish. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast but it was good. We would return if we’re in the area again!"

"The hotel looks brand new. Everything is spotless. We had a room with two beds. They were both queens. The room is very large. The beds were super comfortable. It was a nice workout room. Our shower had really low flow and when we told the Front Desk they sent maintenance right up and replace the showerhead and it was great after that. We didn’t have a breakfast coupon so the breakfast was $11 per person. It wasn’t the greatest buffet but where can you get breakfast for $11? It was OK. I would...
