"breakfast was good. Most staff friendly. However place was absolutely disgusting. Garbage under bed. Cobwebs on light. Tons of dust. Can't say enough how unclean the room was. The bed also was disgusting. Super dirty. See pictures/video so you can see what I mean. Brought it to their attention. They don't clean during your stay either. Broke into a rash. Tons of mosquitoes. Don't recommend.

"I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 review. It was my first time staying at this hotel, as I visited friends and family. The staff are kind and polite; they make you feel welcome from the moment you check in to the day you check out. Every morning, you walk into a well-displayed, clean, ready-to-eat breakfast area; if you're a coffee lover, the coffee is amazing. The rooms are cleaned every day (as per your discrepancy — I wanted my room cleaned), and they always provide fresh towels and water...

In this room, the shower head is coming apart and should be replaced, and the chair is stained and looks worn. Overall, it is okay for a short stay, affordable and in a good location, but it needs improvement."

"Basic but comfortable accommodation, ideal for short stays. Amenities are simple, but not bad for the price. Good A/C and a comfortable bed. Helpful staff, especially the receptionist. Check-in across the street at Hotel Guarocuya.
For this room, I suggest adding a lamp to make nighttime use easier, as one light switch controls both the room and bathroom lights. This was the only downside during my stay, and I shared this feedback with them."

"I had a cancelled flight and I booked this last minute. It was economical and near the airport (15mins). The hotel is across the street from the ocean in a busy tourist community. Many things to do, restaurants , bars and local hang out spots. Overall I will be rebooking this stay in the future. "

"I had to change room twice with a hot water problem, then the order room had no water at all from the night when I get to the room until I left the next day at check out. The hotel was nasty and rusty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Unless you must sleep somewhere for the next day. Everything is old and disgusting. It’s not worth any money. "

"This room is old by accidentally. Clinic staff is very helpful. It has a small bar that is fully equipped and they have the most delicious mango habanero margaritas. I have to be truthful and say that the stairs are made out of glass. I am a plus size girl and I am scared of heights and this was scary to me. Next time I go I will make sure to book ahead so I can get a first floor front of the pool room. Overall excellent experience"
