"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! Ein Pool ist vorhanden und die Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und ist sehr bemüht den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving.
