"IT was not clean, there was ashtrays outside the rooms, the ice machine didn't work and my girlfriend came home with bedbugs. I am going to ask for a full refund."

"Some of the staff wasn’t real helpful. You just hoped you got the helpful ones. Toilets didn’t flush unless you stood there holding the handle down until it decided to flush out. Had to redo your room card every time you left your room. Then they looked at you like you should have been leaving not staying three more nights. Not ran as professionally as when I worked at two different ones in Ohio."

"The Bluetooth on tv did not work good and when u get there u are told they must have a $100 deposit and will take 4 to 5 business days to be released back to you."
