"Was pet friendly but charged more per pet than advertised, cash only. Linens might have been clean but were so stained and dingy, it was had to tell - replace or use some bleach every so often. Continental breakfast advertised was cereal/milk, coffee, oj and one pack of blueberry muffins - do a pack and go breakfast if you don’t want to serve food. Or don’t advertise you serve a continental breakfast. "

"The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep."

"We have been coming for over 10 years. It used to be a great hotel, which is why we continue to stay here. The last few trips have been less than desirable and i think it is time we look for another location. Check in: showing up a half hour early, we were not allowed in one of our 2 rooms. We were not even allowed to pay for an early check in. Note: there were 4 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. For the past decade, we have never had that issue over a half hour. "Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

"Toilet ran all night, lights in main room did not work, staff did not make people follow the 10:00 quiet time, milk was spoiled in fridge, a/c blew hot air. Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn"

"Dirty room, patrons in the lobby exposing themself, “breakfast” consisted of bananas, white bread and a beverage dispenser labeled “orange juice” but it was a neon color. "

"The main part of room was somewhat clean but something splattered on wall. The bathroom was gross with a dirty floor and no shower curtain. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed. I would never stay here again."

"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...
