"By far one of the cleanest hotel rooms. The staff is nice and courteous. The breakfast attendant was especially nice and appreciate his kindness. The room was clean, perfect and quiet. Thank you for a great experience!"
"Half of the stuff in my room is broken and my fridge was leaking all over the floor and when I went to tell or ask people at the desk they were rude the only nice was a young man at night I spent a lot of money here where I could have spent less and went somewhere cheaper and better"
"Friendly staff all around. Room was clean and tidy. Only thing I didn't care for is all the cranes and construction going on next to the hotel. Cranes took up a good amount of parking space which could leave others to park elsewhere."
"I saw 2 roaches in my room. I was appalled. So glad I was leaving. I will not stay again. Continentalakfast was they didn't have any fruit yogurt, only fruit they had was apples.Only thing I can say was good was the coffee. People constantly hanging out there.The back entry and exit was constantly open.There's no lock , it's extremely dark and no cameras there."
"I checked in and there were people living there in other rooms the door was not secure you could see through the seams of the door to where somebody could easily break in there was no hot water there was bugs on the floor and on the table and the breakfast was disgusting they couldn't even make scrambled eggs right they were like mush that I wouldn't even need to a dog even a bagel was disgusting so I would extremely say stay away from this place it's awful"
"The hotel was awful. I travel for work and this has been the worse experience ever. The rooms a very humid, smelly. Lamp fixtures are rusty. Microwave is rusty. TV signal goes out if it rains. And unfortunately was woken up by screaming kids. Rodents in room. Big enough to put a saddle. We’ll never book at red roof in again."
"Unfortunately, when I arrived to the property that evening the power was out. Obviously, there wasn’t a back up generator and I was told that I could check in or have my funds returned. Keep in mind the I reserved the room weeks prior."
