"Pros: Room and bathroom were clean. Fantastic black out drapes. Staff informative and fast both check in and check out. Easy access from highway, close parking. Cons: Walls were extremely flimsy could hear everything in next room like I was sitting beside them. Barn style bathroom door hard to move and little to no privacy, Vacuuming very early in the morning and loud talking, Television navigation difficult and very few selections."

"Checking the sites of the Monongahela National Forest, we stayed for two nights and the stay was excellent, the room was updated, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the front desk were courteous and helpful. My Wife seriously said it was the best hotel stay ever, yes in Elkins of all places."

"Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Checking in was efficient and desk person was friendly. Breakfast was good with enough variety to choose from. The stairs to our floor did not have enough light. The hall is carpeted and the odor in the hall (perhaps from the carpet?) is not pleasant. When in the hall, you can hear people talking in their rooms. "

"This is an excellent hotel. The lobby and the bar area is beautiful and cozy and the food from the restaurant was very good. The rooms are very spacious, updated, comfortable with large windows providing excellent lighting. There are high-quality blackout shades.The bathroom is also spacious, updated, clean, and very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and available. Excellent hotel providing a wonderful experience."

"Loved the location and lounge. Vending and common areas smelled nice but hallway to our room smelled like weed. Breakfast was grab and go and ok."

"It served our purpose as a stop-over. Rooms are very small. Loud and creaky floor above us. Two remotes, 1 which did nothing with no instructions. Staff were friendly…when not outside smoking."

"The entry door was warped and could not lock. We crammed a door up against it before we went to bed. The toilet leaked. The phone did not work. There was almost no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down because the front desk phone must not ring. The television was not plugged in when we got there, but even after plugging it in, we only had four channels. The Wi-Fi password did not work. Thank heavens we were only there overnight."
