"Amazing time "

"I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Our room had none of these features and no hair dryer. I asked to say in the better room because we paid for these ammenities and didnt have them and they made us move back to the room without ammentites. They did not seem to care about our displeasure and laughed at me over the phone when I tried to discuss the issues with staff. I would just stay somewhere else and avoid the headache and dissappointment on vacation. "

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful and meticulously maintained. Every day we saw staff working to keep everything in top shape. Room service was available daily, and the staff went above and beyond to meet any request, including setting up a happy birthday banner for us. They were also incredibly helpful with booking tours and shared excellent knowledge about the island. Everyone was friendly and created a warm, community-oriented atmosphere. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return!"

"Beautiful resort. A lot has changed with Kipton managing the property now. It’s very crowded. Get to the beach after 8am don’t plan on having lounge chairs cause people come down at 6am and claim chairs with a hat. $60 daily resort fee and $32 pp breakfast are both new with Kipton. That adds up. Breakfast was previously included and there was no resort fee or it was in the daily room rate. No more free shuttle to and from Airport. It’s now $55 each way. As always the staff is amazing and kind. Kipton taking over added a lot of fees and more crowds. Our little secret is no more. 🙁"

"Wonderful place. A full house with two bedrooms 2.5 baths, kitchen, laundry. Better than the pictures. Cute little pool looking out over the ocean. Easily walkable to many restaurants. Great friendly staff who help with setting up any tours you want. Highly recommend. Would stay again."
