"The place is super dirty. The cigarette smell was awful. You can even smell pee and cigarettes in the elevator. The whole property needs to be renovated big time. That was the first and last time I’m booking there."

"I’ve always loved the residence inn, this one was my favorite location so far! The lobby when we walked in was so nice and clean, very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We got the studio room, it was very spacious and clean, my 1 year was able to roam free with 0 worries of her getting into something or getting hurt. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!"

"The only thing I didn't like was that they have a standard $125.00 pet "friendly" fee that was not listed on their website (and was more than the cost of a night's stay for us!). I have an 11lb dog who has hair not fur so does not shed. We, of course, always took her with us when we left the facility as well as many trips outside "just in case". "Very sad dilapidated place, guy who checked us in was great, but that was about it, people roaming the hall knocking on doors all night, smells from other room seeping through the vent, rusty appliances, beat up dresser, holes in the curtains…. Just sad place."

"Well that was a pleasant surprise. I lived in Ptown for many years. We always looked down our noses at the Holiday Inn at the end of town. Here I was, 20 years later with kids and in need of a hotel with a pool, parking, and two queen beds. The pics looked great. So did the reviews, so I made a reservation. WHAT A DELIGHT. "This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. "Great stay! From the super nice lady at check in, to the room, to the personal welcome message on the TV screen. Only issue was a dripping shower faucet. I told the desk about it and she said she would tell maintenance. Room was clean with great amenities."

"A very quiet and efficient air conditioner. The pillows were very soft and comfortable. Did not awaken once during the night. Which is unusual in a hotel. They have a great area for dogs well. The staff was very polite, pleasant and efficient. It’s a perfect stop before driving over the bridges to get to the cape."
