"Didn't use the air conditioner. The room was large and clean. The supplies were very basic. Coffee did not taste good. It was a relaxing stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"We met the staff once at breakfast on our last day. Otherwise at our check in there was no one. Not the greatest of welcomes. I would have rated the hotel a 4 star but it just needs a facelift. The shower and lovely bathtub was inviting but the water pressure so low it would have taken hours to fill the tub."

"Super comfy and cute rooms. Very clean. Everything you need for great nights sleep and even some extras. Clean, comfy beds. Good bathroom with nice showers. Real glasses and coffee cups big enough to hold an actual cup of joe. No coffee maker in the room but breakfast opens at 7.They even have fire pits on until at least 10 in the center island as well as private tables near the rooms. Couple of blocks to the town square-definitely walkable. Breakfast is small but works-yogurt, granola, coffee...

"Stayed two nights. Very comfortable room and easy parking. Close drive to downtown. Housekeeping was good but the 1st day they left our pile of used towels inside our room by the door! It would help if they took care of some minor issues that were noticable on a regular basis, like scratches on the wall from chairs...easy to just touch up, stain on a curtain and one threadbare washcloth with holes worn through. However nothing that would keep us from staying again."

"Room was clean and charming. We were close enough to walk to downtown. I believe it was Alicia that checked us in and was very friendly and gave us some great tips on restaurants in the area. Will be back to this location "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The check in was very easy and were welcomed by the attendant (I believe he is the owner and/or manager) and felt at home. The room was on the smaller side, but the whole property has been renovated and it was a terriffic stay. Highly recommended place to stay, for a town that you visit to get out and explore all that Paso Robles has to offer."

"Very nice hotel, and excellent staff, but two suggestions for improvement. First, I am a Hilton Honors Member and usually stay at the Homestead Inn in Paso, but we were meeting my brother and his wife who were Marriott Bonvoy members. I was surprised that there was not a buffet breakfast included, especially since the hotel is not located near a commercial area, like the Homestead Inn. Second, speaking as an older visitor, there should be a second bar in the shower for one to grab if...

"The owner tried his best to charge us twice for a room. He was rude and unpleasant when we tried to secure the refund we were entitled to. "

"We basically liked everything about the property. Our room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. Cameron was working the front desk when we arrived. He was so friendly and made us feel welcome. He has a great personality!! The “only” complaint we have, and it may have been user’s fault was that the A/C, when turned on, never shut off, and it would get so cold in the room, and then we needed to turn it off making the room feel stuffy."
