"Horrible customer service & stinky room. Couldn’t sleep at all due to woman screaming for help & pleading “NO!” next door. Loud thumps & woman crying kept me awake. Management later told me it was none of my business what was going on next door & that I wasn’t in danger because they were “role-playing”. Room phone didn’t work either. A horrible experience & the management’s nonchalant attitude was a big let down."

"Friendly staff. I had just received eye surgery and Gus was able to accommodate us , of course there was a $20 early check-in fee which didn't matter but he took care of us. The rooms and property were clean. We felt safe. Breakfast was good. Overall very happy with our stay there."

"We stayed for one night, and overall, the hotel was fine. It has a modern, practical design, a convenient location (being close to a Twin Peaks restaurant was definitely a plus!), and clean, well-maintained facilities.
However, the room, particularly the bathroom, felt quite small, more in line with what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited variety, mostly bread and boiled eggs. We actually decided to eat elsewhere.
Overall, a decent option for...

Additionally, there were no glasses available for serving water. The carpet had a large, discolored stain that appeared dirty and possibly uncleaned.
Overall, the room did not meet our expectations, and the accommodations were disappointing. I hope management will address these issues to...
