"Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place."

"Arrivati in struttura fuori orario per via delle code in autostrada il titolare, contattato telefonicamente, ci ha aggevolato nel check-in e ci ha attesi venendoci incontro in tutti i sensi, anche sotto la pioggia.Colazione con prodotti variegati. Prodotti freschi fatti in casa...la torta della nonna buonissima, anche le crostate. Oltre la colazione dolce era possibile consumare quella salata con salumi e affettati...ottimo."

Lati negativi: tutta la struttura è vetusta e un pò fatiscente, vista orribile ma d'altronde si affaccia proprio su Via Flaminia. La Camera: Grandezza della camera giusta ne grande ne piccola, tavoletta del water ingiallita, le cromature del bagno piene di calcare, anche se il bagno era ben pulito si aveva una...

Der Empfang war ausgesprochen herzlich, und wir wurden gleich mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. "This is a lovely hotel (former palace) perched on the top of the hill as you enter the charming town of Trevi. The hotel is clean, very well organised and has all amenities that you need. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and with a very good variety. The owner was a lovely lady who spoke very good English. From here it is a great base to visit the surrounding towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto etc. We would definitely stay here again....
