"Camera ottima personale gentile"

"The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in."

"The room was excellent. The mattress extremely comfortable. The location was good. Opposite a supermarket and a walk to restaurants etc."

"It was a very quaint and lovely place, staff were extremely helpful. The attached restaurant was convenient and good."

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"Alles war top"

"C etait parfait"

"Stunning on every front! Our room was even more beautiful than the pictures represent. The view is special and the property no matter where you are is just outstanding. Make sure you partake in the breakfast and book a dinner. The food was very delicious and one of the best parts of our time in Italy. And do the balsamic tour! The family history, the learning and the tasting was a highlight we won’t ever forget."

For a hotel claiming to be four-star, the experience was frankly dreadful. The biggest issue was the unbearable room temperature. Despite outdoor temperatures reaching 22°C, the heating was blasting away, making the room incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, I was simply told, “At this time of year, sir, we don’t put the...
