"Ein tolles Hotel. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Strand gegenüber. Kajak und Surf direkt am Haus und teilweise inklusive.
Das Personal war immer höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben auch sehr viel Unterstützung bekommen, da unser Kind krank geworden ist.
Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension. All inklusive war nicht nötig, da wir tagsüber Ausflüge gemacht haben.

"Our stay at Veranda Hotel Grand Baie was unfortunately not as enjoyable as we had hoped. Our apartment was located at the very back of the property, quite a long walk from the main facilities. There was also no lift, which wasn't mentioned when we made the booking. Carrying luggage up the stairs and walking such a distance was very inconvenient, especially after travelling.
