"Overall I would say our stay at the inn was less than satisfactory. For the $230 I paid for two nights I was expecting a lot more from the room, the hotel, and the included breakfast. The window AC unit was in dire need of a cleaning and/or replacement as it was filled with black mold. The location could not have been better,?right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth and within walking distance of the waterfront, Prescott Park, Strawbery Banke, and so many great restaurants, cafés, and shops.
