Top Rochford Hotel Reviews

The Historic Bullock Hotel

8/10 Good

"Be aware that the price on Expedia will be less than you will be charged. There is an extra fee added at check-in for $5. Check-out was good. The check-in needs some work. Otherwise the Bullock remains a favorite of mine."

Rocksino by Hard Rock Deadwood

10/10 Excellent

"We loved it here. We stopped into the casino last time we were in town staying at another hotel and the employees were so nice that this time on our way through South Dakota we booked at that hotel. Shower is lovely, rooms are spacious, casino right down stairs is fun and the floor supervisor is such a nice guy, super helpful and always checking on you to see if you need another drink (for free)! There were a bunch of small bugs in our room, we knew what they were (boxelder bugs) and they are harmless, but they do love to horde a place when they show up, but they’re usually gone in a couple days so probably won’t be a long term issue. We will definitely come back next time we’re in the area!"

Super 8 by Wyndham Deadwood / Black Hills Area

10/10 Excellent

"We would stay there again"

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Deadwood-Gold Dust Casino by IHG

8/10 Good

"The jets in the Hot Tub were out of order, we were not told thus at check-in. The electrical outlets by the bathroom sink were not in working order. The room was nice and fairly clean. Not many channels on the TV. The elevator was not vacuumed the two days we were there. The breakfast was good."

Black Hills Luxury Suites

8/10 Good

"The apartment was clean and well appointed for everything we needed. Only 4 stars because we struggled with the climate control in the bedroom too make it cool enough for us. Otherwise, all we could have asked for."

DoubleTree by Hilton Deadwood at Cadillac Jack's

8/10 Good

"Overall the room was very clean. The exception was the clump of hair on the inside of the shower curtain. Advertised as 1 minute to main street, which was true, but it was 1/2 ti1 mile to the downtown. Expedia stated all fees included. However there was an additional $15/day parking fee. View from room was the cliff, 15 feet from the hotel. Would probably stay there again knowing what to expect."

Best Western Golden Spike Inn & Suites

8/10 Good

"Great place to stay. Clean room and great staff."

The Hotel By Gold Dust

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoy staying at this hotel, because it is a great location, a secure feel free place and just easy to get around"

Four Points by Sheraton Deadwood

8/10 Good

"Clean room, might’ve been just my experience or a normal Saturday night. But walls and building structure seem less than up to par when it came to room surrounding noises. Meaning I heard hallway and above floor walking. Very irritating at night when sleeping."
