"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. "Went for a friend vacation. Group of 9. They were able to accommodate our dinners. Very nice onsite staff. Beach access was nice, pool area was good. Food could be improved, seems like they were scared to season it. The Caribbean is all about flavors, I would’ve appreciated better seasoning. And cornmeal porridge at breakfast!"

"One arrival the welcome and service was a put off. We were taken to our room and on arrival at the door they had two houses keeping carts at the door. On entering the apt we were so dissipointed with what we were getting our $2300 Canadian. We requested a room change which was done with hesitation. "The only staff who made the stay okay were Ivan and Robert. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. Staff did not check to see if we needed anything. The property is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance. Only 1-2 elevators were working during our stay. Staff is not very helpful.
