"It was quiet for most of the time...but alot of traffic in and out of the hotel didnt get to sleep very long"

So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate."
