"Positives: Summit at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Booking was easy no surprises. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet. We were right next to the elevator but didn't hear any mechanical noises. Bathroom has an exhaust fan. Hooray. (Why is that EVER optional!!!) Pool is open "seasonally" whatever that means. Disappointed. Breakfast is fine but scant. Would stay again. Avoid the mall next door it's sad."
"One very strong dislike. Had late flights out of airport, 5PM Week before ask for 2 pm check out no problem and said i was doing the same the next week but wanted a 3pm checkout. Was told no problem, but when I checked in that night was told there was now a extra fee for the late check out………….When the managers word is not good it leaves a lot to be desired. There was no misunderstandings. He said it was necessary as I had already had a late check out the week before with no charge……………….A man’s word means something even today. Beware."

"It was a nice place but there was no toilet paper in the room and the blankets smelled like bleach. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The tv remote barely worked. Needed to be replaced. Normally it’s a nice place to stay but they need to do a better job at making sure everything works and is stocked."
"The breakfast room was not attended by an employee. The pancake machine was out of batter. Eggs, potatoes, and sausage gravy were spilled around their pans. There were no knives or forks, just spoons. The coffee pots were empty. The plates, cups, and plastic ware that were abandoned on a table by an inept customer were not removed. The scrambled egg container was not refilled when empty. The conditions were not immediately addressed when reported to management. It is a shame that a poor breakfast experience can ruin the reputation of an otherwise well run facility."
"I have an amazing time every time I stay. It's the only place I will stay at now there is new owners. The staff always goes above and beyond my expectations. I recommend this place to every person I know."
"The staff was extremely kind. Clean experience - clean room which we felt comfortable. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast; nothing special to note. I was only dissatisfied with the size of the hot tub - it was smaller than what I imagined - better suited for one person, not two. But that does not change the great rating for the hotel room. I would absolutely stay again."
