"The room was really clean however there was a lack of hot water for a shower at night and in the morning and bugs in the hot tub when we tried to use it at night other than that it was an excellent getaway nice warm fireplace nice shower and being downtown near restraints museums and the waterfront made everything within walking distance overall I would gladly go back again probably will in the near future"

"Newly renovated rooms and hotel with breakfast and a pool helped us select this hotel in Brockville. Location is great, and renovations are certainly underway, but not complete. The front office is in a guest room temporarily and the main floor is in full renovation mode. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, however, clearly understaffed at the moment with the additional needs and changes for guests. Thankfully the pool remained open and the breakfast was a great addition we were thankful along the way of our travel! I look forward to staying again once the renovations are fully complete."
