"They had no beds available larger than a twin. The air-conditioning in the room didn’t work well and was louder than a jet engine. By the time I returned from dinner, there was no parking on the property Thank goodness the weather was decent so I could sleep with an open window because if I had to run the air conditioner, I would’ve never slept from the noise"

"My little family always comes here when were in the area, but usually just to dine. This was our first time staying and we were lucky enough to get the Safari Room. "Second time I stay at this hotel, and I cannot complain. There is nothing wrong with this place. I had an ocean view room and it did not disappoint. The balcony was the best place to hang out with a nice glass of wine and good company"

"Pool was closed with a small amount of stagnant dirty water which attracted tons of mosquitoes. Room had a STRONG smell of poop, I called the office, manager seemed annoyed saying he'll send housekeeping then promptly hanged up on me. Once the housekeeper arrived they seemed more interested in who we were and what our luggage looked like, I suspect they go through and steal items from their demeanor towards us. We found out the fridge was leaking rancid water that smelled of poop absolutely horrible, even the housekeeper was gagging while taking the fridge out, leaking and splattering the stinky water all over the floor and bed. I requested them to swap out the fridge for a cleaner one but all they did was hose it down outside then brought it back in. For the rest of the 5 days we were there the entire room still smelled of poop, no matter how much I cleaned and aired it out. The older male housekeeper kept his eye on us for the rest of the time as well, taking his phone out to record my daughter and I as we came and went, very predatory, he made us feel so extremely uncomfortable just being there. Sadly, I thought it would've been a better experience from the reviews but that was not the case for us. We won't be staying here again nor recommendeding it to anyone else, especially if you're a woman and have daughters."
