"We loved our stay at the river Lodge! It is the cutest boutique hotel. I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the pool set up in the center of the motel. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved having a hammock outside our patio."

"We are very pleased with this hotel. We stay there every other month. It's fantastic. Great staff, beautiful and clean property. Beds are a little too soft for my taste and back. That's just me. But, overall, very comfortable. One big point, no cheap heavy ugly comforter. Beautiful down comfortable, light comforter. Great warm breakfast from 6 to 10:30. We love it there."

We were sad that the pool was not open since that was one of the Considerations for choosing this hotel. We were in a room with a conjoining room. We could hear quite clearly everything that was being said in the other room. It's a good thing that they weren't having a party."
