"Our room was gorgeous and light-filled, with large windows on two sides - the nicest and brightest room we've ever had at this beautiful historic hotel. Our room was spotless and the amenities were lovely (I always appreciate a hotel that provides bathrobes and where the showers are modern).
The staff was excellent - we got there at a busy time when the Louisville Ballet matinee had just gotten out, but they still took care of everyone and were attentive and kind.
We had room service...
