"Bed Bugs very bad....called to let them know. No offer of a reimbursement and no follow up. No coffee pot in the room. Was placed near the elevator in a smaller room than what I paid for and a gap of about 1 inch under the door. Its been three weeks and I am still healing from the bed bug bites."

"The entire stay was exactly what we wanted for 1 night…Thank you!"

"The hotel is under construction so not happy to see that when we pulled in as it wasn’t mentioned. There was no lobby you had to check in where breakfast is served since there is no restaurant or bar due to the renovation. Should’ve been discounted price for the stay. But I will say the room was very clean and comfortable. I would assume the 1st floor has already been renovated except the lobby."

"This hotel was clean and employees was extremely friendly. I love the assistance we received during breakfast. The young lady help me and our children in getting waffles or anything else we needed. I don't know the young lady name. But I would like to say thank you and that more hotels need to have people like her and the rest of the staff."

"Nous avons eu exactement ce que la description disait fraîchement rénové. Agréablement surpris. Je recommanderais votre hôtel à tous mes contacts qui pense voyager dans le coin."

"This is just a basic hotel, nothing special. The breakfast is just the same as any hotel breakfast at this price point. Make yourself a waffle, or eat their overcooked scrambled eggs or chewy omelet with American cheese-ish food. Beds are comfortable, good pillows, excellent water pressure in shower. The carpet in the room felt wet or sticky, maybe from recent steam-cleaning? Not sure how this place managed to get 9 stars. It's OK and was fine for a quick overnight on the road, but definitely...

"Clean room , adequate parking , friendly staff"

"Room was clean. Water bottles and warm cookies at reception. Great breakfast and a snack bag to go."

"The amenities in the rooms were old and difficult to use. (Closet was rusty and hard to slide left or right). II was very disappointed with local policies that does not allow a local resident to extend their stay after 7days. I inquired if this information was online and was told it was not."

"The room was not the cleanest. There was also a roach in the room. The staff however was very pleasant and welcoming,"

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. While the breakfast was basic continental, it was very good. My only complaint is the building itself. Walls and floors paper thin. My door did not make a complete seal in the frame."

"I enjoyed the morning breakfast that was always well cooked and warm"
