"We went here for a wedding and it was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly with a special call out to Colette who did a great job collecting orders and serving drinks to guests poolside. Another amenity that we took advantage of was the shuttle service down to the Duval Street area and all the attractions. We are already going back again and staying at the same location again!"

"Loved this hotel! However my platinum status I was suppose to get a free upgrade at hotel and was charged additional 250 by hotel so disappointed in that but property gorgeous rooms clean pool beautiful and comfortable beds! Pool and beach were beautiful"

"Kevin at concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Stevo at the front desk and Javier at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Paulson at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating. Pool was smaller than expected. Pool grounds could be kept cleaner. Rooms could be renovated and towels had stains. Free shuttle into town and airport was useful. Look out for free goodies in the lobby during different times of the day."
