Despite my initial enthusiasm for this establishment, I was ultimately disappointed. Despite paying an additional premium for the ocean view, we were not informed that the view was obstructed daily by cruise ships. Our room was not located in the main building, and no information regarding dining options in the adjacent building was provided. Also. the hallway smelled like mold.
When we approached the concierge for assistance, we encountered rudeness. Furthermore, while we were waiting for an Uber ride to the airport, a hotel employee misled us into believing that a shuttle service would be available, resulting in a $38 taxi ride instead.
On a positive note, the hotel did offer some pleasant amenities, particularly at the pool. The housekeepers provided exceptional service in maintaining our room daily. However, I have given this establishment a three-star rating and do not anticipate returning.
