"Had a third person coming from a different location. Hotel would not add her name to my reservation and refused to let her check in to our room even though I gave them both our names and the confirmation number. Never in my life have I experienced this from a hotel. "

"This was a lovely experience. We just stayed overnight but would definitely return. The staff was accommodating, due to a group staying for a sporting event, there were many young players around the common area. My room was on the first floor so I asked to be moved to a room further away. I was changed to 3rd floor and had a great night’s sleep. Woke up to a nice breakfast and got on the road. It was a lovely and comfortable stay."

"The room was had water all over floor as the windows leaked. As a result the room was very very damp. There were no options to move apparently that night. Also arrived late and parking full. Was told I could either pay valet or “park across street”. This was during a tropical rainstorm. Staff was helpful and kind. "

"This was definitely a budget stay. The property seems pretty old and rundown, and that carried into the room. The not so good: the smell of cigarettes was immediately noticeable when walking in, the floor had clearly not been swept as part of cleaning the room, the sheets on one of the beds were stained, all of the lighting fixtures and the microwave were quite rusted, and there was no security latch present on the door. The okay: the AC worked, outlets worked, and the curtains could be drawn...

"Stay far away from this hotel !! It’s dirty, the rooms smell. They had rusty things for you to hang your washcloths on. They took them down, but there’s holes where they used to be and rust stains coming down the wall and hard waterwater stains.The staff tries but The manager has no good customer or people skills. She does not care about her customers ,is very rude and she was racist towards my husband who is black. They serve the same food day after day you might get lucky and get bacon one of...

"The hotel is very old. At night, we found cockroaches in the room. The breakfast doesn’t have many options. This is not a place I would choose again. Previous reviews did not help when deciding to stay here."
