Perfect weekend stay.

We had a perfect stay. The innkeepers were relaxed but wonderfully personable and completely attentive. The property beautiful and the food excellent. Could not recommend more, but please don't book on the weekend we plan to return!

The Innkeepers are so kind, the room was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast in the garden every day and we didn’t have to move our car all weekend as we were so close to the shopping area, beaches, and trails.

I recommend this beautiful BnB for a relaxing stay. Great location, warm staff and over the top breakfast ever morning. You are a short walk to a town. You will not be disappointed in any way.

We had access to the beautiful shady porch and living area. They considered convenience for their guests with a small refrigerator with filtered water and to store beverage. There was an array of information pamphlets. The hosts shared knowledge and suggestions to customize visitor experience. This BnB had a very nice laid back vibe

One special B&B! my wife and I stayed in the Hannah room which has a very large and very comfortable bed. Expect the trimmings of a high end hotel, and very good service from exceptional hosts. The breakfast was delicious!

Super B&B , ganz toll

Der Aufenthalt im Beech Tree war für uns sehr schön. Wir fühlten uns von Hellen und Dan herzlich willkommen. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung. Das Haus von den beiden war wunderschön und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir hatten die Suite und somit sehr viel Platz. Das Frühstück war super und immer sehr schön angerichtet. Wir können das Beech Tree nur weiterempfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt während unser Rundreise. Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Beech Tree Bed and Breakfast very much. Our room was charming, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - a quick 5 minute walk brought us the waterfront, restaurants and stores & boutique of Rockport and a short drive brought us to a number of lovely beaches. Our hosts could not have been more warm, welcoming and kind. Breakfast was delicious however more protein would have been great. Overall it was a great experience - I would not hesitate to offer our highest commendation on this exceptional inn.

Totally lovely! Spacious and beautiful bedroom, welcoming common areas including porches and living rooms. Breakfasts were amazing! Hosts were incredibly informative and interesting.....this was truly a perfect place to stay! Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of....even to having a flashlight hanging by the door of our room, just in case! Rockport is a charming town, and the Beech Tree is well worth a repeat visit!

Review of Beech Tree Bed and Breakfast

This a excellent B & B. Dan and Helene are wonderful hosts who are happy to help guests with information about Rockport, restaurants and activities. The rooms are lovely and very nicely appointed and everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts that were served each morning were delicious and presented beautifully. I would highly recommend this B & B to anyone wishing to stay in Rockport MA.

The Beechtree B & B is the best!

This the B & B my wife and I stayed at when we were married in Rockport, and we loved it so much we stayed again. It's absolutely beautiful, and the owners are top shelf. You won't go wrong by staying there, and will want to return!

The hosts were very welcoming. Our room was spacious and the sheets and bed were super comfortable! We had the only room with the bathroom outside of the bedroom, so if you would prefer them be attached just make sure to confirm before you reserve! Everything was wonderful though, would definitely go again!

Helene and Dan were excellent hosts. the hotel was beautiful and very well maintained and went above and beyond with their service. there was off road parking, it was easy to find and very close to local beach and restaurants. the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast were all home cooked, delicious and huge! would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to New England would definately stay here again

Perfect in every way

It's not often that I get to leave this type of review. I can't say enough about this stay. The house is beautiful; comfortable, light and airy. The gardens are sumptuous. The location is ideal for anything you want to do in downtown Rockport. And best of all, the proprietors are top notch people. Friendly, terrific attention to detail, helpful with relevant suggestions on where to eat, what to see, etc. but not hovering in any way. We plan on returning to Rockport regularly, and when we do, this is where we'll want to stay.

My wife and I have been guests of Dan and Helene ( Beech Tree Inn) from the day they purchased the Inn. We were guests and now we have become friends . We are restaurant owners and have limited time off. We choose the Beech Tree because they understand the concept of Hospitality. Couple that with a tasteful decore, amazing Rockport ambiance, proximity to Gloucester and engaging conversation keeps up coming back on the precious days we can call our own. Call way ahead and plan your visit as they only have 3 rooms. No matter which one your sty will require q return visit

Perfection

Most thoughtfully designed and furnished B&B we have ever stayed at. Both the suite and common rooms were welcoming, cheery and fun. Dan and Helene could not have been better hosts. Quite convenient to the sights and shops of old Rockport. Garden was stunning. Can't recommend it more highly.
