"We have stayed at this modest and small hotel for all our stays in McKinney. The location and the price worked good for us. This last time, on 08/08/2026, was our last time. Staff is been never personal nor friendly. We came with our 8yr old granddaughter and requested a King size bed, we got a double bed for the 3 of us. The pillows smelled like previous and old sweat . "1) MAJOR concern- Terrible maintenance on the lock on door. Got there approximately 6pm had I not gone to buy food around 9pm I wouldn't of noticed the lock on the door did not work. Major security concern because the Hotel should do rounds to ensure locks are functional, not wait til a customer reports it.
2) No Breakfast- Expedia.com list BREAKFAST included, hotel staff was nice they dont control what on the website, but owners should Absolutely!! update this info in expedia it is...
