"I had 2 rooms one was good, and clean. The other was not, it was not really clean smelled bad, the bathroom sink had a terrible odor when you turned on the water it seemed to be in the drain. Also on the second day we had no towels. I didn’t expect the rooms to be cleaned daily but I did expect clean towels daily. "

"Picture were true to form and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the property with great communication via the Landry app. If you are not comfortable with keyless entry via Mobile phone, you may struggle. Only things I wanted to call our were; 1) Bed linen was not washed as there were hairs in the bed. Luckily, there was a full washer/ dryer so we were able to was them. 2) TV remote control was missing batteries and there was not any available to replace the...

"When we arrived we noticed no vehicles in the parking lot. There was a note on the front door stating the hotel had a fire back on May 2nd. Noone from Expedia nor the hotel contacted us to notify us the hotel was closed. I will be filing a challenge with my credit card company for a full refund. I was forced to scramble for a place to stay. Expedia you are horrible. Never again. You will hear from me again. "
