"Brand new property where you can still smell the paint drying! The double queen bed was very spacious with an oversized bathroom which was a welcome surprise! The shower head pressure was perfect along with the provided toiletries. If I could find a “con” to this property, my wife and I would agree that the one set of elevators makes it a challenge for rooms booked at either end of the property. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again when visiting the Dells."

"This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. In the dells period just to try to save a buck. I stayed at some of the other cheap hotels in the dells, and this was by far the dirtiest most rundown. Most sketchy stinkiest hotel i've ever been at. I booked the Suite for my daughter and I for one night. We immediately arrived to the hotel. "The room was musty smelling, they tried to fix with air conditioning in the freezing area. Beds were glorified cots-mattress on metal stand. I think blankets were clean but stained same for couch. Staff was helpful and kind. You kinda get what you paid for."

"As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...

"We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service"
