"Check in/Check out was easy, Room was clean and comfortable.. not enough toweling for two adults one child or shampoo or soap. The Pool was very chilly.. was looking forward to a hot tub but there wasn’t one sigh."

"We checked in easily and when we opened the door to our room there was a very strong musty odour. The room wasn’t dirty but because of the smell it felt old tired and dirty. We did notice at first that there was a huge wet spot in the corner of the room but they had just experienced a massive storm ..."
