"We booked though Expedia. They never sent reservation to the hotel. No rooms available. No help from either place. Un expectable and very disappointed. I don't think I will ever book though Expedia again."

"Very clean room, great towels, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and professional. No free breakfast… Starbucks bar on site. Convenient restaurants nearby."

"The room looked like it has not been cleaned. It was very dirty. The heater/ac was dirty and smelled when turned on. The light by the sink did not work as well as the outlet near it. The toilet was not stable and moved. Lastly, the tv did not work and despite telling staff this twice nothing was done. "

"Not 100% their doing. Our original Hotel for a 4 day, 5 night stay cancelled 1 hour before check in and we were left scrambling with Expedia to find a new place to stay. We were in town for Music Festival and there was limited to choose from. Our room was suppose to be for king size bed. Our bed was a full at best. Our room was near back entry door. Unfortunately our bed shared wall with broken/slamming door that shook our wall/bed with every entry and exit of other guests. Hotel was also at...

"Front desk staff was rude and not helpful. Booked 3 months in advance when I showed up to check in he flat out said before I could say a word "No there is no checking in, find somewhere else, we have no rooms" and when I mentioned I had a reservation he said "not my problem find somewhere else." Didn't even suggest anywhere else to find a room at. Then walked away."

"This hotel is filthy. From the stained hallway carpet to the stained carpet, bed sheets, and towels in the rooms. The rooms smelled terrible.Nothing is clean or updated at all. The beds and pillows were not remotely comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor. We were provided with an open bar of soap and a half a hotel bottle of shampoo. "This hotel would be sufficient for when you pick up a 10 dollar hooker behind Popeyes Chicken (conveniently located across the street) No elevators, staircase and hallways smell like urine. Bring your own toiletries and towels since my towels were clearly not washed from previous stays. Couldn't bring myself to use what was provided. Cockroaches make nice roommates. Cuck chair was broken and mysteriously stained, but it matched the carpet. I've had better overnights in county jail."

"This hotel is HORRIBLE!! When we entered the room, nothing in the room was plugged in no lights, nothing. The door peephole has a tissue stuffed in it. We were there 3 nights and never had any room service cleaning or new towels. We tried complaining to front desk but no one seemed concerned about it. I would never stay here!!!!"
